Apply for the Inspired Learning Grant, a new grant opportunity that has replaced the Innovative Program Grant. This new program is designed to support up to four conference attendees with $500 each to learn, inspire, and teach a new idea gleaned from a keynote or conference session. Applications for the Inspired Learning Grant will be made available at the April conference.

2026 WinnersAnne Malig and Patty Mayer, Reedsburg Area School District Chay Willis, Baraboo School District Denise Johnson, Platteville District
2020 WinnersKylee Richter, Bonduel School District Kylee was inspired by the Wisconsin Author breakout session to build a garden at Bonduel Elementary School. A group in her school community saw a need for food for students over the weekend. This group is called Backpack Blessings. Kylee would like to expand on this idea and have school gardens where students can take fresh produce home as well.
2019 WinnerJill Neville and Jane Miller, Neillsville Jill and Jane were inspired by Pernille Ripp. They would like to implement book clubs in grades four through eight to give students more opportunities to read books of their choice. They would also like to expand their library with more diverse texts that accurately reflect their population.
